By default anyone can comment.

Simply enter text in the comment box.

Now we can see that the admin also commented on the post.

See what it looks like without being logged in as an admin.

Now there are a lot more options to enter.

Enter specified fields and post a comment.

Once a comment is posted, an admin will manage it manually.

If you head over to your wp-admin and goto the button “Comments” in the menu, you will see that the new comment is pending approval.
